 Setting up the APN

Before using the GPRS on the Windows DUN, the APN (Access Point Name) must be added as a modem initialization

command. Detailed instructions are shown below.

1. Click the Advanced tab.

2. Enter the following commands in the field of Extra initialization commands:.

AT+CGDCONT=1,“IP”,“<APN>”

Replace <APN> with the correct service for your account. For example:

AT+CGDCONT=1,“IP”,“3gnet”

3. Click Change Default Preferences.
